Road to Euro 2020
With so much excitement around Scotland qualifying we wanted to theme our Spring fundraising campaign around the 22 year anticipation of Scotland qualifying for a major tournament and all the action that comes with this.
We want you to join us up front and be a key part of our team.
There are various ways to get involved so please watch this space for further information.
The Virtual Kiltwalk
During the 23-25 April will you join the AR26 Tartan Army team and complete your own fundraising challenge as part of our Road to Euro 2020 fundraising campaign? Joining our team will help raise vital funds to support young people across Scotland.
Anything you raise will be topped up by an incredible 50% by the Hunter Foundation.
The other beauty of the Virtual Kiltwalk is that you can set your own challenge so that it best meets your capabilities. However, as part of our campaign theme we have provided some challenge ideas below.
24 MILE WALK: A mile to represent each of the teams participating in EURO 2020
22 MILE WALK: A mile to mark the much anticipated wait of Scotland embarking on a major tournament
12 MILE WALK: A mile to cover each of the stadiums playing host at Euro 2020
11 MILE WALK: A mile to represent each of our players taking the proud role of representing Scotland on the pitch
6 MILE WALK: A mile for each of the six groups involved
2.6 MILE WALK: A challenge fit for the whole family or younger school / nursery groups representing our Younger AR26 Tartan Army
One for the participants taking part as a larger team or workplace:
A team effort of collectively walking 400 miles across the Virtual Kiltwalk weekend, the distance between Hampden and Wembley. Caught up in the excitement of getting behind Scotland, we would also be happy for you to mark this challenge as all things Scottish and push it to 500 miles!
